I used a vintage Circus type as well on my poster that you will see on my finished poster.
The Shark I found on the internet but it is a great shot. It a great white in its hunting prime and i feel like it adds more of a BANG element and that's why I chose this photo.
Also walking along the Piers edge is a tightrope walker that adds to the Circus De Aquatica.Again I chose it as a vintage piece to add to the vintage look of my poster. Here is also the other picture of the man I used for the half man and half shark photo.
This here is my finished poster and I really like how it came out besides the shark man because I couldn't quiet get the antique color right on him but other then that I am really happy with the way it came out.
Composition: AN aquatic – This has so much potential? BUT it is a bit lazy – none of your pictures and the edges have a lot to work on. An interesting diagonal line - that is the bridge, I think the text distracts from the idea of shark man. Very strong angels which are replicated with the man but can’t feel the movement because of the text. The leading and size are both too big.
ReplyDeleteAleks you have great energy but not appplied to the class - you leave early or don't come at all.
I would love to see you take the class again and really want to be there
